Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Crutches til Tuesday now. Doctor sent me to get an xray yesterday so we will see what the results of that are.
Warm up - tread water - 5 minutes
Aqua jog - 10 minutes
Swim 5 laps - with floaty, 6 strokes then breath
x2
Tried the laps without the floaty and it worked for a while but I could only do 4 strokes before breathing. Then my ankle hurt a little so I decided to stop kicking.
Cool down - tread water - 5 minutes
