Comments:
Ran 2 mins at 3k pace with 1:30 rest, then 3 min at 5k pace with 2:30 rest, then 4 min at 4 mile pace with 3 min off, then back down to 2. Felt pretty good. Legs a little tired. But finished last rep strong.
