Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
After all the girls went pumpkin picking, I jumped in the pool with Erin. My legs were super tired when I was done. I really got the hang of pool running, although I move around instead of staying in place. I tried working on the form as much I could. My calves are sore, Is that normal from pool running?
Workout:
10 minutes warm up
8 x 2 minutes hard
3 minutes easy in between each.
The last third minute easy was split, and the last minute was hard effort.
10 minutes cool down.
