Comments:
I jumped in the pool with Erin today again, right after work. I couldn't do the full hour, but this workout was definitely harder. I looked up some workouts online, had to modify it before the pool closed.
Workout:
10 minutes warm up
30 seconds Hard
30 seconds easy
1:00 hard
30 seconds easy
etc etc.. I built up to 5:00 minutes hard.
I was going to go down but I didn't have enough time.
10: minutes cool down.
