Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My watch messed up in distance today big time. My coach told me he got 5.85 miles so I just copied that distance. I am pretty sure my pace was around 7:20-7:40. We did 3 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy 3 times. My average pace for each hard rep was 6:06. I didn't do them really hard. I wanted something faster than tempo, but not killing myself. I don't know if this is too much fast running this week, but we haven't raced in a while so this should be good.
