Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did 30 seconds hard 3 times during the run. It felt good to run pretty hard and not get tired out. I am really feeling good going into tomorrow's race. I am super confident and feel like this is my breakthrough. My mile times were 8:47, 7:35, 7:53, 7:59, and 7:38 pace for last half mile. Weather was ok. Overall, great run.
