Weather: Upper-70s, sunny
Comments:
Doing a modified "long run" with back-to-back mid-long runs this weekend. 13 on the docket for tomorrow. Warmed up with 2 miles and then ran 10 miles at goal marathon pace. Felt good throughout, it was about 77 out so that provided a little challenge,...hoping for quite a bit cooler temps on race day. Splits below.
