Comments:
Met Jesse before PT and did some KB stuff.

20x KB Swings 24kg
5x Press 20kg

Finished with 5-4-3-2-1 of KB Snatches each arm 24kg.

We did an ability group run for PT and it kind of turned into a race. Two miles out in Area J and back. I did that in 27:36 and then did a cool down mile.
