Comments:
Didn't feel great on the warm-up, but I felt a lot better than I thought I would during the workout. I went faster than the pace given for all of them. I stopped for a minute on the 4th one, since I twisted my ankle, but I kept going because I really wanted to finish the workout. The last one felt great even though I was dying. Going to ice the ankle a lot later since it is sore still.
