Run to Central and back

Comments:
Today's rugby practice was especially difficult. We focused on running plays a lot of the time so I was moving nearly the whole 2hrs. We also did a good amount of sprints at the end--at least 3/4 miles of them. I felt ok on my run but my left hip and shins have been generally hurting on all my runs nowadays. I'm worried that all this running on pavement is not good for my legs. DMV trails come back to me (Miss you rock creek park :'( !)
