Comments:
Didn't really feel myself today. Went out a little faster than I should have on the first one. Diaphragm bothered me halfway through which didn't help either. Legs just felt shot the entire workout. Not really satisfied with how I ran today. Went to physical therapy later in the afternoon and he said my diaphragm is still very tight. He taped me up so hopefully that works.
