Comments:
Ran out on the track today with a group of people including Woody and Laura. Did 8 x 800m with 400m rest jog in between intervals. Goal was to run them between 2:55 and 3:00. Felt pretty good throughout - if I had executed an actual Yasso 800 workout I think it would have gone very well. Just two more 800s and more rest in between. Great to have the company while doing speedwork and it was really beautiful running weather. Splits below.
