Comments:
I went a half hour before practice because I wanted to end the workout when everyone was finished with their run. No pain or discomfort at all. It was just hard to do by myself. I felt a nauseous on the last one. These all had a 2 minute-ish break. Definitely lost some speed from not working out in so long. But I am happy with today. I jumped in with alicia and sarah for my cool down, I had to run a little to catch up to them. I did strides and .5 cool down with everyone.
