Comments:
I had a hard time making myself get out on this run. Also, my calves just would not warm up at all the whole time. I stopped to leg swing and stretch my calves. Generally felt tired and unmotivated but I was glad to have gotten out there at all today because I won't be able to run after practice today (minus the little before and after time).
