Weather: hot, sunny
Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched together. Then we did 4 1200m intervals with 2 minutes rest. I tried to get them all around 4 minutes but I got too tired and had to go a little slower one the last one. It felt like a great workout. After that, Nate and I cooled down on the middle mile of the course and then I biked and lifted a tiny bit.
