28:20... Not what I was looking for. 16th on the team...
We had an awesome pack going through mile 2.5 when I started to fall off. Maybe we went out too quick? I dont think going out quick is my thing, need to take it out slow and work up
Also could have been lack of sleep this week-need better homework management skillz
cold, wet and rainy after race, got cool down in but little stretching
