Pre-work workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid, light clouds

Comments:
Had to summon the mental energies to get up and run before work this morning seeing as how I'm in day 2 of 4 consecutive double shifts. Really wanted to sleep another 4 hours... May get some time to run during the day tomorrow.

The run went well. I took it steady during the first half and tossed in some sprints on the way back. I think my overall pace quickened even when not sprinting as a result. The morning cool was nice as well, seeing as how the humidity is setting in.

BTW, Maswick is taking the Bar Exam today and tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for him!
