Comments:
Weather was amazing, best weather in a long time. It was 60 degrees with a light breeze. It was a little chilly the first mile or two. I felt really good the whole workout. I wasn't tired at all from yesterday's race. For some reason, I always get really motivated when running in the cold. I felt like this was a good aerobic run. I could actually get in a run where I am running even splits and going exactly the effort I want. My mile times were 8:15, 7:22, 7:21, 7:18, 7:30, 7:22, and 6;57 pace for last half mile. I didn't push at all. This was the exact effort I wanted out of today. Great run overall.
