I felt fine breathing-wise and it's not that my legs were burning or sore but I just felt like I couldn't run any faster after the third lap. I wasn't tired so it didn't feel like I was dying which is why my times didn't drop off. It was just a weird feeling of not being able to go faster when I thought I felt good enough to do so. I know it's just a matter of not being recovered fully from the weekend so I'm going to recover these next two days and have a good workout on thursday
