I felt great today!
definetly made up for yesterday!

my shins were hurting though, gonna go ice em after this(:
those drills are so hard, but i feel so good.
anddd that weird square runny squat thing was hard!
then strides..my mind told me not to sprint so i tried to break that barrier, and did on the last sprint float sprint.
then becca abs! 2 sets, intense..felt amazing..gonna be beastly by end of the summer!
