Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was so so beautiful. I ran before practice along the river and it was all a-sparkling and everyone on the bike path was a-smiling and I felt good (though calves were pretty tight the whole time and hip was not great) and so relieved to be out there. Also, I ran on grass or the little path on the side of the bike path most of the time, which made my calves/hip hurt a bit less. I didn't use the Nike app to log my run during the process because I wanted to go at whatever pace, and during the run I was wondering why my breathing was a little heavy but I guess I was running faster than I thought...which is both bad and good. I suppose I'm not the best at gauging my pace w/o other runners but also didn't feel like I was exerting myself too much.
