cent trail west past doomsday hill. first run with new shoes, went out way to fast, stomach didn't feel too good after protein shake either, knew I was going to feel shitty after about 15 min. kept pushing hard until the end, trying for 1 hr. dehydrated after about 2 miles. the new shoes do feel faster
