Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very humid, but decent weather. My pace for each set of hard was 5:55, 5:50, 5:54, 5:36, 5:52. It seems like whenever I start off the week with a good run, the whole week is good. It isn't that fast of a workout, but I feel like I did better than usual. I don't know why the times are usually slow, but a combination of just racing and weather probably affects it. Good run and glad I got in some distance. Overall, good run.
