Comments:
Total mileage for this run was 8.14 miles. I only timed the 7miles on the Pinellas Trail, a typical training run. I ran the extra mile at the end of the first 3.5 to try and find the b-ball court.
I went out kind of fast, then speed up to try to catch some kids on a bike. I really don't know how I came back faster, I had some major cramps the last 1/2 mile, slowed me to damn near a crawl!
