Comments:
was feeling a little iffy on the warm-up. but I didn't worry and just went for it on the workout and it went great. having a rethought about my racing mentality, less thinking about it as a race and respecting it as so, but instead a race is just a big workout. I find that I run much better when its a workout then in races. to be honest i think last years hard work-out was more challenging and more puke worthy.
