Comments:
Tough workout because of how fast we ran it. Hard 600m followed by 200m jog. 4mins between sets. Hit most of them about 1:51. Nate started to fall off toward the end of the 2nd set, so I took the lead back and finished strong. Ran the last one in 1:49.
