Pool Run

Achilles was still feeling a little sore during the workout so Coach Linda and I felt that it was best to rest it an go in the pool. Zac and I pool ran for about an hour. I did some stretches and applied KT Tape for the achilles so hopefully it'll feel much better for the workout tomorrow.
