Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
woo! drills. we tried a new thing that i do in basketball where u run down one side of the feild, then like side-step across the endzone, run backwards down the other length and sidestep back. i hate those. haha running backwards is the worst part because they tire me down and im weak for the rest. then we did strides that i love and an easy jog lap.
