Comments:
Best tempo of the season by far. Felt strong almost entire time. Last mile legs were a bit weak but everything else was perfect.
5 miles in 28:55. first mile was 5:55, then a 5:45 then a 5:40? then last two averaged around 5:52
not perfect splits, but far better than anything so far this season. UAA's are a possibility. Need to schedule a meeting with coach! That's exciting.
Final hr: 160. thats around 15 bpm slower than anything else this season. awesome. Especially considering my hr this morning was about 5-10 bpm high.
No longer feeling sick. Just a bit of a sore throat and a small cough. no big deal
4x 300 accelerations felt real good.
no lift today, saving it for friday.
