Progression run. Felt a bit sore to start, really worked into the wrokout nicely though
2 mile warmup felt a bit sore from friday
3 mile pickup, felt really great on this part
3 mile @ tempo pace held 6 flat pace the whole time which is more than I can say for any other tempo work this season so thats nice
