ran in the pouring rain at springfield lake... legs hurt a LOT but my cardio felt good despite all of the rain and a pretty bad attitude at the start. didn't want to have practice, just wanted to go home, but i'm glad we did. proved to myself that i CAN run through the rain and kick ass in it, too.
