I'm back! (Kinda)

Exercise Type: Weights

In the boot, and fits nice and snug. It's really awkward walking on it. I expect it to hurt when I put weight on it but it doesn't! Plus the swelling, has minimized to just my last two toes! Yay! I am happy with the progress of just one week already.

So I lifted in the gym:
3x10 bench press 50lbs.
3x5 Inclined Bench Press 45 lbs.
3x1 minute Running Arms with 5lbs. (15 second break)
3x10 bicep curls 8 lbs.
3x10 tricep extension 8 lbs
3x10 Pull up Machine (70 lbs handicap)
10 minutes: 5 minutes forwards/backward on the Arm bike (would have done more but it was definitely broken, the resistance was super hard)

Watched everyone do strides/run on the track. So I would count the crutching all around campus as part of this workout. It's hard! :'( I'm trying not to overdue it so I take breaks/call public safety to drive to the far places.
