First Track Workout in a long time...

Weather: Sunny & warm

Comments:
Ran to SU track (~1.5 mi)around 5pm with water bottles. Ankle relatively loose by arrival. Stretched and began first 4x400 hoping to do 2 min rest each and 5 min rest between the 2 sets (8x400 total). After the 1st one (way too fast) I changed to "go on 4 minutes + extra minute rest between sets". I never fully caught my breath between repetitions, not even between sets with the extra minute. There were a couple groups of other guys there who said they typically do 400s on Tuesday evenings as well...
Overall, didn't feel very good, but I suppose that's to be expected. Perhaps I shouldn't start so hard next time...
