Comments:
It was sooooo hot, I ran at 2:00pm it was 90 degrees!!! I stopped at coaches house and got some water, I felt dehydrated and it was not very good. Way too hot...Tomorrow I'm going long up in Rochester a lot earlier so that should be good.
