Comments:
Knees hurt horribly so i had to stop. they were okay during warm up, but about a halve mile into the actual run they hurt extremely bad and got worse as i kept going. I hate being injured so much. On the bright side, my calves are feeling better. hopefully i can run most fo the workout tomorrow. I'm gonna go ice now.
