Comments:
Train wreck today. It was embarrassing. After a meeting with coach talking about UAA's I couldn't even stay with group 2. Absolutely awful day. Perfectly gassed. Sleep isn't the problem (8-10 hrs past 3 nights), Eating might be the problem. Haven't had much of an appetite recently. Eating maybe 1 plate per meal. Started workout very hungry. Puked up a bit of bile during workout which means empty stomach.

so.... theme of the week is FOOD FOOD FOOD

Lift day 1 was a bit rough (Still exhausted)
straight to ice bath due to time, got some good stretching in before hand though

After eating like a mad man at dinner my stomach hurt but I almost instantly had way more energy and was in a significantly better mood... interesting.
