Comments:
Usually I am a big fan of mile repeats, but the humidity got the best of me today. Took one off since I wanted to make sure I finished. This was my first workout in 2 weeks or so, so I am more happy that my legs felt alright and I don't feel out of shape. Excited for Saturday.
