Comments:
knee was hurting a lot today, even just walking around. like patellar tendonitis or some shit. decided to see what a run would feel like. okay at the beginning, cut the run short, but pretty painful by the end. did some knee exercises and stretched/iced well and felt a little better. we'll see for tomorrow.
