Tonight I scrolled through the running log. It was interesting reflecting on my fitness level over the past 12 months. This is the benchmark run to gauge my new fitness levels on. It's a longer distance than the 6.2 mile run I was use to and its at a much quicker tempo. Although it that might be in much to jake riding along.
It was interesting to see me as a runner progress from the mid to 7's and then to the mid to high 6's and now hear I spit in the higher end of the low sixes trying to dip below that into the 5's. RUN MOTHER FUCK34!!!
