Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good race. Not my best time, but my legs felt pretty good. I ran a really good first 2.5 miles. I had a bad last half mile though. I wasn't in as much pain as I usually am because I felt good. I didn't do as many strides before the race which I think helped a lot. Legs felt light contrary to what I would have thought. I guessed on the cool down. Ababu said we did 5 minutes though.
