Comments:
Cold weather, like 55 degrees. Once, I warmed up it felt good. Coach wants to get in big mileage this week and next week will be more of an intense week of training. This run was really good. I felt amazing. Good pace the whole run. Only problem is, I started to feel pain in my neck during the run, which the doctor told me I pulled a muscle in my neck. So I don't think I will be able to run. My mile times were 7:51, 6:46, 6:20, 6:28, 6:19, 6:08, 6:40, and 7:05.
