Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran w Ben. This morning, after lift I felt super tired and not excited to run. But I waited a bit and went on a night run instead and actually enjoyed it. My hip and shins were hurting a bit, though, so I ran on the path by the bike path basically the whole time. I've been doing the ankle stabilizing PT exercises and using the foam roller, which definitely both help! Overall, enjoyed the run but feel wiped out now.
