Comments:
Ran the standard loop that I normally run. Getting back into it after losing time post Charleston trip and my trip to the UP of Michigan. Feeling better this time around. I feel like my self on runs. Like I'm actually accomplishing something and not just plodding along. This time getting back into things I've also included stretching and core. Hopefully that helps. Core is very difficult. Funny how fast you lose it.

Life highlights since last log:
Trying to move back to Cleveland (targeting the end of the year to be back)
Started running semi seriously again in May, got up to 70ish a week at decent paces before losing time while on my trip to London, from there really haven't been able to string together more than 2-3 weeks of straight training before I lose more time traveling or whatever. Frustrating, need to get better at running while on the road
Ran 5k in like 18:15 in early Sept. Course was not terrible but not flat. Competation was absoultly terrible.
I run the same loop every day, as anyone who has run with me in the past can attest to.

Really hoping I can keep this stretch of training going. I stopped even timing the runs (in the past I've timed by haven't known distances) so I don't discourage myself too much. Don't really know what I want to accomplish with this and have really no specific goals (marathon time?? BQ???) really the only goal I have is to run a mile under 5 by the end of the year. That way I can say I've run a mile under 5 every calander year since 2005. Want to see if I could keep that streak going for awhile.
