Ran 1 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1:30 off, 3 on, 2:30 off, 4 on, 3:30 off. Two times. The ons went from 3k pace up to 4 mile pace. 35 minutes of tough running. Felt pretty good in the morning 50 degree weather
