Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A very slow but comfortable run. The splits where almost even and I was able to focus on breathing and leg turnover, or maybe we should call it 'finding my stride.'
The addition of the prize money offered is a great motivation to train hard through the months of November and December and not fall off like I did last year. The end of the year is coming quick I need to end it with a bang!
