Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really hate the treadmill because I run slow. The effort was there though. This treadmill in Baltimore is really wide so I can run on it normally and not feel like I am going to fall off. I was sweating a lot. Glad I was able to get in some decent mileage even though I was on a treadmill. An hour on the treadmill isn't the best thing, but I had to get it done. My neck didn't bother me at all so that is a good sign.
