Comments:
We probably went a little over 11 miles because the pace felt quicker than 6:50/mile. The run felt great. We ran in Hawthorn the whole time, which kept us out of the heat mostly. My legs felt better than yesterday, which was a surprise. This feels like a pretty good start to my training.
