Comments:
I needed a day like today. Went 15:29 on my first rep, then 15:22 on my second. i felt very strong and confident, which I haven't felt in a few weeks. Maybe I put in a little more effort than I should have, but it was totally worth the big boost of confidence I received and needed. Legs felt the bounciest they have this month. Going to take it very easy tomorrow to recover efficiently.

EDIT: I ran faster today during the tempo than I did last time, and the effort today was nowhere near what I gave last time. That's pretty cool.
