So today I ran a 400 for the fun of it to see how fast I could do it.
after 1 mile warmup and some striders I took it out in 25 high (I was scared so I kinda went almost all out) then proceded to die... It sucked alot. Closed in 33 ish to give 58... So whatever
Recovered for a bit then did 5 more miles to get around 6 on the day
