Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
The doctor cleared me for the bike and to pool run after insisting that I would be in the deep end not the shallow. I was super excited. The bike was hard effort the entire time, I felt great. Sometimes if I adjusted my foot a certain way I'd feel a little pain but nothing too bad. I tried pool running, only got through 20 minutes. I'm going to try to work that up, gradually!
Bike: 174 avg heart rate. >96 rpm
